2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

2.1 By submitting an order on our website, you agree to these GTC and make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is only concluded when we send a written order confirmation or ship the goods or provide the service.

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons! 

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

3.1 The prices of our products are stated on our website and are inclusive of VAT.

3.2 Payment is made through a possible payment method indicated on our website. (PayPal, Creditcard)

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by you.

4.2 The estimated delivery times are indicated on our website and are for guidance only. 

4.3 The risk is transferred to the customer as soon as the goods leave our warehouse.

4.4 General Order info: Each product that is ordered is produced only after it has been ordered. Therefore, it may take several weeks or even months until the ordered product arrives at the customer. Thank you for your patience!

5. TERMS OF SERVICE

Ready to Ship: All orders made in Switzerland will be shipped by mail within 1-3 days.
Germany & Austria: 1-2 weeks.
The rest of the world: 1-2 months.

6. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.
